Benefit for the Zapatistas- Come see the real "ALIEN" (the movie that is)

Are you scared of illegal aliens? Do you fear an invasion of outsiders? Do
you know what the Zapatista struggle has to do with the current
immigration debate? Come see the real Illegal "Alien" (the movie that is)
on August 8 at the Parkway Theater and support the work of Oakland
Zapatista solidarity group the Chiapas Support Committee (CSC). Prize for
best ALIEN costume.

This event is a fundraiser for CSC's health care project in San Manuel
Chiapas, our Zapatista Sister CIty. CSC will also have handmade artesania
from Chiapas, T-shirts, and other Zapatista inspired art from local
artists. All proceed go directly to the Zapatistas. CSC is a 501(c)(3)
