Hundreds Protest Outside Israeli Consulate in Chicago

Hundreds of protesters gathered in front of the Israeli consulate at 5PM Friday to oppose the escalation of Israeli violence in the region.

Friday's demo will be followed by a counter-picket of a pro-Israel rally in Chicago's Federal Plaza on Monday, July 17. That rally is part of a nation wide JUF effort to drum up support for Israel's continuing attack on Lebanon and Gaza.
