After the showing of this amazing film highlighting Venezuelan grandmother and community organizer GLADYS BOLIVAR & the mobilization of the Venezuelan people, there will be a discussion of the situation in HAITI with PIERRE LA BOISSIERE & RANDAL WHITE (participants in the Preval inauguration), WALTER RILEY, WILLIE THOMPSON & other guests.
Benefit supports the Cyber Drum Project, a grassroots communication and training program on the ground in Haiti which will inform the international community about what is really happening at this historic moment following Preval’s election.
