You know Bush claims to be born again, and having been led of The Lord to invade Iraq. We have now lost nearly as many of our loved ones in Iraq, as was lost to us on 911.
May the blessings of The Lord be upon you, as you stand out against this immoral war in Iraq.
You are so right Lt. Watada, we were misled, and we will pay dearly for it, if our congress and senate does not stand up to this man.
God says, whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap.
Psalms 37:23, "The steps of a good man are ordered by The Lord, and He delighteth in his way." I don't think The Lord is getting much delight out of what Bush has done. The bible also says, Matthew 15:14, In part, "they be blind leaders of the blind; and when the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch."
We have those that are willing to follow Bush on over the cliff, knowing that he is wrong. You are so right, they have vaulted themselves above the law, and they must be brought down.
And as they go about to instill fear in us, we can remind them that,
God says, "except The Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it; except The Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain." That's found in Psalms 127:1.
Lt Watada, its going to take The Word of God to bring them down.
Bush has vowed to kill all of the terrorists, but God says, Ezekiel 33:11, "Say unto them, As I live, saith The Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live."
And the way they love to villify the liberals, God says, Proverbs 11:25, "The liberal soul shall be made fat, and he that watereth shall be watered also himself."
They are so full of pride, Proverbs 16:18, "Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall."
Being it is that Bush says God led him to invade Iraq, you know there are false prophets out there. Jeremiah 23:16, "Thus saith The Lord of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of The Lord."
Liken those that will still continue back the neo's, to the dog that returneth to his vomit. Proverbs 26:11, "As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly."
Revelations 21:8, In part, "all liars shall have their part in the lake of fire that burneth with fire and brimstone."
If you believe in the scriptures, you have a big leg to stand on.
God Bless You in this endeavor.
Tyree, U.S. Air Force Vet
Risiting the war in Iraq is futile, in fact calling it a war is wrong, its an extermination, it's plain to see, if we pull our troops out of the middle east, terror will strike again, without a doubt.
Bush is doing an amazing job and those who refuse to support the war are bad citizens, we need to be patient and let time work through, yes we may have lost over 2000 troops, but when you sign yourself into the military army, ect. you say to not only yourself, but to everyone else that you acknowledge the fact that you're life is going to be put in harms way ( death) so its naive to blame bush for the death of our troops....
