Karl Marx on California Stage in Sacramento

Marx in Soho, a play by Howard Zinn, with Jerry Levy as Karl Marx, will be performed June 29 to July 2 at 8 p.m. on the California Stage, 1725 25th Street (at R) in Sacramento.

Levy will portray Marx in the one-man play, directed by Michael Fox Kennedy. In the hour and a half performance, Marx returns to earth, where he shares slices of his personal life and theory of capitalism.

The play is a benefit for Because People Matter, Sacramentos progressive paper, and the Marxist School of Sacramento. Box office phone is: 916-451-5822
