Mayor Gavin Newsom and Downtown Developers ready to move into Bayview

The Bayview has some of the best homes but no one really wants to talk about this fact. It has also some of the best views but no one really wants to write about this fact. We have over 900 homes that can easily meet the Landmark Status all over the Bayview.

When I take visitors around they are shocked when they see the views and the nice homes. How ever Mayor Gavin Newsom and the SF Redevelopment Agency wants the world to think that the whole of Bayview is riddled with Blight and this is not so.

Major downtown developers are working round the clock to come into the Bayview and steal the land. Backing them up the Racist Mayor Gavin Newsom and his developers. The same that have made their nest at Treasure Island and on Hunters Point.

Michael Cohen and Jesse Blout from the Mayor Office of Economic Development and Workforce really do not care for people of color. Nor does Marcia Rosen the Director of SF Redevelopment Agency. They all have been working on a Blue Print for years to get rid of people of color to make room for those they consider KOSHER.

Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein have been silent about SF Redevelopment Agency. They work with Richard Blum, Walter Shorenstein, Donald Fisher and the likes. They love to steal from the poor and give it to the rich.

There is talk that Mayor Gavin Newsom and some backers of the Summer Olympics are looking for land. Where is the land in San Francisco? The only land that can be found is in the Bayview.
THE BAYVIEW IS THE LAST FRONTIER.

Behind the scene some folks have been trying to fix some of the playgroundS replacing natural grass with astro turf NOT to help the local community but to cater to other VESTED interests mostly White Folks.

Our SF Board of Supervisors have allowed these CROOKS to work with SF Recreation and Park without delving and finding out what is the real objective of these folks is and who will profit in the long run.

No one wants to fix the Bayview/KC play ground by the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Swimming Pool on 3rd Street. No one wants to put in place several facilities where our youth can play indoor basketball and other games.

Right now the few facilities that were operating have been shut down so that the youth can fall prey to Law Enforcement, Drugs, and other activities that any youth are prone to. There are adversely affected becuase there are NO extracurricula activities they can participate in.

I have heard some comments on this site that the youth should do this and that and the comments are coming from those that live on another planet. It is time some folks go to the Bayview and check out things for themselves.

In the interim this Racist City we call San Francisco with Aaron Peskin as the leader of the Board of Supervisors is destroying our City. Another ignorant Black Woman Sophina Maxwell has sold out her community. These two have done everything possible to destroy the Bayview.

At the Ella Hutch Community Center last Wednesday there was a joint Police Commissioners Meeting with some Supervisors - Tom Ammiano, Ross Mirkarimi, and Sophina Maxwell. The community from the Fillmore again and again reminded Sophina Maxwell that she is a sell out and a disgrace to the Black Community.

Sophina has been working with crooks to get rid of people of color. She has been on the take.

Right now there is a RFERENDUM and we need 22,000 signatures that can be collect in 90 days.
We want to collect 30,000 in 30 days and can do it. A State law permits us to collect the signatures in 90 days and we have to take advantage of this fact. It would be good to focus and make it happen in 30 days because this is possible.

We want those folks that are for the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point and those folks that seek the better good of the Bayview without crooked developers and the ploys of the Racist Mayor Gavin Newsom to support us with determination.

So far we are doing good - the very day Mayor Gavin Newsom signed into law and gave SF Redevelopment Agency the green signal to work on the Project Area in the Bayview - some of us put in place the Referendum which will expose the CROOKS once and for all.

Of course we have sell outs in the Bayview the like of Olin Webb, Karen Pierce, Angelo King, Ms. Vincent, Willie B. Kennedy who makes $170,000 a year and is paid by SFRA, Calvin Jones, Aurelius Walker and others too many to mention who have and continue to fail the community going for bread crums. Time will tell.

In the interim Mayor Gavin Newsom has been put on notice. You have shown us your true colors.

REMEMBER YOU MAYOR GAVIN NEWSOM CANNOT FOOL ALL THE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME.

Again and again you talk the talk but cannot walk the walk.
