Friday, June 16, 5:00 pm. Radio Cafe! Once a month on Friday, both the 5pm broadcast of "Flashpoints," KPFA's investigative reporting show with Dennis Bernstein, and the 8pm - 10pm broadcast of "La Onda Bajita," KPFA's compelling Latin mix of politics, immigrant culture, and music, will be aired live from the New College of California North Bay Campus. Miguel Gavilan Molina, "Flashpoints" roving producer and the executive producer of "La Onda Bajita," played a key role in developing this project and bringing KPFA's General Manager, Roy Campanella II, and Martin Hamilton, President of New College together to co-sponsor this series of special Friday broadcasts. Come be part of the live in-house audience! Please arrive 1/2 hour before the show. Flashpoints begins at 5:00 pm, La Onda Bajita begins at 8:00 pm.
