witnessed 5 santa clara police crush immugrant man to the ground after he was ALREADY nearly beaten unconscious by white man on 22 bus line about a year ago. the man did nothing to cause such a violent beating by whiteman . when police were called , they automatically assumed the ''immigrant'' man was the problem. never trust police!

While people are protesting the "flow of illegal aliens into America," democracy is spreading in South Korea..... of course, this time "spreading democracy" means US Military Base Expansion.

Daechuri, South Korea -- For three days, 1,000's of protestors have clashed with police and soldiers in a resistance to a U.S. base expansion. The expansion of Camp Humphreys (K-6) is part of the United States' Global Posture Review, following the agenda of the Project for a New American Century (PNAC), and implemented by the Bush Administration to consolidate its military hegemony over Northeast Asia.

The Korean Ministry of National Defense (MND) has designated the village of Daechuri and surrounding areas as a miltary protected zone in its latest attempt to seize land slated to be property of the United States military. In an attempt to control the escalating chaos that ensued when it sent troops and riot police to evict residents and activists, the MND was conducting door to door searches and arresting people on sight. Road blockades of sand bags and police buses have been placed around the village to prevent anyone from entering or exiting. At least 400 people have been injured and 524 arrested since Thursday. The three days of violence has prompted criticism of the police force's conduct during the eviction. Human rights advisors to the National Police Agency described the scene as a "blood bath", and an "embarrassing moment" for the national government.

Do you have any idea what these words mean?

You hurt your own cause with such obvious hyperbole - whose mind do you think you can change with charges like that?

It is the same sort of inaccurate inflammatory rhetoric used to recruit suicide bombers in the middle east - is that really who you want to model yourself after? Really?

Oh yes. Such hyperbole. I mean, the systematic slaughter of most of a continent is really nothing major. And propping up genocides in third world countries for corporate wealth really doesn't count.

As a note, it kind of annoys me when people associate whiteness with terrorism. Not all caucasians are evil cross-burners.

This is why there will never be a resolve against racism, because people label it with a generalized sense and therefore it never goes away. All white people are racists, all mexican people are immigrants all black people are whatever they are...

it's ridiculous...grow up people. Fight the real cause, not being a part of it.
