TUESDAYS, APRIL 25-JUNE 13, 2005 (No meetings May 2 or June 6). SAN FRANCISCO, CA.

The Transitional Program: A Tool Kit for Radical Organizers in the 21st Century.

Join in lively discussions of Leon Trotsky’s guide for socialist revolution. Drawing on historical lessons that are relevant to today’s political struggles, from immigrant rights to ending the Iraq War, Trotsky points to the need for leadership from the most oppressed sectors of the working class, like women and youth, with demands that raise consciousness of the need for socialism.

Sessions take place Tuesdays, April 25-June 13, 2006 (no meetings May 2 or June 6), 7:00-8:30 pm, at New Valencia Hall, 1908 Mission Street in San Francisco (at 15th St., 1 block north of 16th Mission BART, on Muni lines #14, 49). Each meeting is preceded at 6:30 pm by a light supper for a $5.00 donation.

To obtain the book or for more information, call (415) 864-1278 or email bafsprw@igc.org. Check out http://www.socialism.com.
