"Work, Dignity, & Social Change"
Argentine Video workshop

Wednesday, April 19th
9:00pm - there will be some food & drinks
3030 Apt B 16st St
betw mission & vallencia

How are the principles of Autonomy and Horizontality and the
practices of Self-management, Changing Social Relations, and
Networking valuable for our local organizing? These are the tenets
of several Unemployed Worker Movements (MTDs - "piqueteros") in
Argentina, and there is much to learn from their discussions and
community projects.

Short video clips from the MTDs will introduce the topics and questions
to guide a participatory discussion about how inspiration
from Argentina can be useful for our local struggles.
Participants will be able to take this video tool (mostly in Spanish with
English subtitles) to their local groups for further strategizing.
