Welcome Wagon Workshop & Social
This workshop is designed to greet and welcome newcomers to the South
Bay, and people in the area just coming out as gay, lesbian, bisexual
or
transgender (LGBT). We also welcome people that are looking for ways to
get better connected within the community. This includes resources for
social clubs, email lists, online communities, support groups, and
overall information about the LGBT community. We'll touch on some of
the
key points of LGBT history, including common symbols and how they came
to be. Printed resources will be provided for future reference. After
the workshop, we welcome guests to visit Pasta Pomodoro, one of our
queer-friendly restaurants, for a no-host social.
