This business discriminates against transgender people.
The Gold Coast Grill in the student union at SFState discriminates and taunts transgender people.
This is a warning to any transgender people who may be going to school at SFState.
The Gold Coast Grill and its employees are abusive and unable to deal with the diversity at that school.
On February 13, 2006 while waiting for a five dollar burger I heard words like fajina and loco perra.
No one else was in the line. This has been going on for some time and I have heard complaints from other transgender people about the employees and the business.
School officials have failed to respond to my complaints.

Take a taperocorder and turn it on then next time you go to this place and allow the comments to be recorded. Then contact an atty and file a law suit to have the situation corrected.

Can someone who knows about this discrimination first hand...meaning you heard it yourself....contact an LGBT group OUTSIDE the school about this. Try GLAAD, HRC, the Task Force etc. Even the local SF LGBT center will have resources for you.
