Dust Storm tells a story of the internment of Japanese Americans during the second world war, using the art of Chiura Obata, who was a Professor at UC Berkeley. The story is told through the eyes of Seiji, played by Zachary Drake, a fictional 18-year-old man who was placed in the internment camps along with the artist Obata.
