This 4-week class will walk you through the FUNdamentals of Nonviolent Communication. Learn how to listen and be heard in a way that eliminates blame, judgment, demands, perceptions, and defensiveness. Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is based on the idea that everyone's needs matter, that "we all do better when we all do better". Using NVC brings enormous freedom in our lives--freedom from the kind of thinking that many of us have learned culturally that dehumanizes people through moralistic judgment.

This is a most useful and powerful skill to have at this time on the planet.
