Grand Jury Resistance in SF, 1/25/06: interview, photos, and video
Dozens of activists once more gathered at the Federal Building in San Francisco to demonstrate against the Federal Grand Jury that has been convened to investigate and harrass the local animal rights movement.
All of those subpoenaed for the Grand Jury have shown great solidarity and thus far refused to testify before this Federal inquisition.
One activist has already been arrested for refusing to cooperate with the Grand Jury. He remains free while his appeals are processed.
The other activists are likewise refusing to cooperate and face potential jail time themselves. Several were scheduled to appear at the Federal Building this Wednesday while the dates for the rest are approaching.

Who has been publicly announced as a victim of the grand jury, either as a target, or a "witness". I'm not asking for anybody who is not public to go public. I'm just trying to get a handle on the repression that's going down.
And it should be noted that if anybody gets a subpoena to appear before a grand jury or if the FBI or any law enforcement comes to ask any questions, they should not say anything and contact a good lawyer. If you don't already have a lawyer already, bcontact the National Lawyers Guild. Their number in San Francisco is 415-285-5067.
