LARRY BENSKY delivers Keynote Address “THE U.S. SEES THE UNITED NATIONS: A MEDIA ANALYSIS” at the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the United Nations Association-USA, East Bay Chapter. This event is open to the Public.
LARRY BENSKY is a prominent former national affairs correspondent for Pacifica Radio - KPFA (FM 94.1) and is the current host of the weekly two-hour Sunday morning radio talk show, "Sunday Salon” on KPFA.
General Info:
- Free admission. Light refreshments will be served.
- A UNA-USA Business Meeting takes place from 2:00-3:20pm.
- Everybody is welcome.
The UNA – USA, East Bay Chapter's vision is a world in which humanity is spared the scourge of war, human rights are honored, the natural environment is protected, and the United States is a constructive member of the United Nations for the well-being of all humankind. Our mission is to educate, mobilize and inspire people in the U.S. to support the principles and vital work of the United Nations, to strengthen the UN system, and to press for constructive U.S. leadership in that system.
