“Peace and Pizza” Showing “Homeland”., Friday January 13 th, 7-9pm @ Straw Hat Pizza in Castro Valley. This award-winning film profiles Native American activists who are fighting to protect Indian lands, preserve their sovereignty and ensure the cultural survival of their peoples. A moving tribute to the power of grassroots organizing. Free event, all are welcome. Peace and Pizza is a monthly community event on the second Friday of every month showing movies you won’t see on corporate TV..
