Man on this earth continues to play God. We have no right under any circumstance to take anothers life. If we do God clearly states we will be condemned. The death penalty must be abolished as no christian can stand for this abomination un to GOD. Tookie was punished twice, he served a 24 year prison sentance and then murdered. No excuse California.

Schwartznegger (or whatever it should be written) should be put on trial for the murdered of Tookie, since he denied him the opportunity to live. It has been a calculated, premeditated, cold blood murder. No one should get away with a crime like this...
I believe that Arnold Schwartzenager(or however it is spelled) should step down from being governer of California! How do change the name of the California Correctional facility to the California Correctional and rehabilitation Facility and then kill someone after 20 years of being in Jail and feeling remorseful for what he did. I do believe that Tookie felt bad for what he did, but also he knew that there was nothing that he could do now but move on and try to make his life better, I mean he was serving 4 life sentences he could of just did that, no offense but he was going to end up dying in prison anyway, they could have just kept him there for all that.....but I do love tookie and hope that his soul rests in peace and that god forgives him for all of his sins, and tookie u are always in my heart forever!!!!!!!!
