Even More Powell Protest Pics from Fri Nov11

by tbg
Here are some more pictures of the Powell protest that took place Nov. 11 at DeAnza College. I have about 237ish pics, so there should be a few more pages to show.

Alot of things happened, sometimes restrictions put on by police or the passing of seconds/time from capturing certain poses in time or ppl walking by. Hopefully though, you'll be able to get a gist of what happened and be able to get a little feel of Friday's protest. (this page only allows me to post 20 pics individually at a time.)

When arms of protesters linked up and pushed against the cops, at one point the glass door enterances were locked. I turned around and took a picture of the ppl inside b/c they were all peering through the glass. Unfortunately, it didn't come out well due to the flash.

the police then created a side gap pushing protesters to the side (and protesters giving way so others can enter), so they could enter the area. A snap of ppl making their way to the front doors after a pause for some time.

i'm not sure if it's visibly clear, but protesters lined up all in a long line extending to the walls of the front enterance to the building.

I like your photographs. It is hard to get good photos in dark conditions. They are interesting because it is a non-San Francisco suburban protest location, and you can get the idea of what these different groups involved are thinking.
