New Hampshire Bishop V. Gene Robinson and Bishop of the Diocese of California William Swing are joining forces to celebrate ten years of ministry to the Bay Area by Oasis -- the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Ministry in the Episcopal Diocese of California.
