Please join Hope and Cogen for this incredibly informative lecture on how you can help save lives, perhaps even your own! For Your Health- It is the position of the American Dietetic Association (ADA) that a plant based diet greatly reduces your risk for the most common degenerative diseases, stroke, cancer, heart disease etc... For The Earth- Animal agriculture is taking a devastated toll on our planet. Wasting land, water and petroleum while creating vast amounts of waste, polluting our groundwater, rivers and atmosphere. The fishing industry is depleting our oceans, over exploiting 80 percent of our fishing estuaries worldwide causing marine mammals to starve without enough to eat. For The Animals- In the time it takes for this evening's lecture, 4 million animals will be slaughtered for food. If you want to eliminate animal products in the order that
the animal suffers most, you should cut out dairy and eggs first. “Nothing will benefit human health and increase changes for survival of life on earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.” -Albert Einstein. Free. Info please call 575-3235
