SEPTEMBER VEGETARIAN COOKING CLASS: DEMYSTIFYING TOFU & TEMPEH
Join the Compassionate Cooks (http://www.compassionatecooks.com) Vegetarian Cooking Class on September 3rd (from 10:00 am-1:00 pm) when we demonstrate five delicious, nutritious dishes, including Thai Green Curry with Tofu, Potatoes, and Peppers; Tempeh with Orange Ginger Sauce; Tofu-Leek Tart with Pine Nut Crust; Marvelous Maui Tofu with Veggies; Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie. Using local, in-season, organic ingredients, we feature uncomplicated recipes, debunk myths regarding plant-based eating, eat yummy food samples, and have a lot of fun! Wheelchair accessible. $40 (includes instruction, food samples, copies of recipes, and so much more).
