Regarding: I am asking for a re-vote on my entry into the city council meeting by all of the current city council members, per my conversation with Councilman Sullivan and especially Councilman Peavy. Please contact me immediately after the vote is taken.



I understand from my conversation with Peavy that there is concern by one council member of an alleged threat I made to him long ago. I do not make threats, and if I said anything that seemed like a threat, it was likely due to some pain medications given to me by the Veterans Administration to which I was highly allergic and there is documented proof. Perhaps the fact is that the alleged threat is just part of the smear campaign against me, an honest auditor, a rare breed in some circles. I want to see that my government has a face through my reporting and auditing, and I request that I not be blind-sided by a secret “No” vote, and request that if I am denied entry that we see the results on your Comcast Broadcast of the meetings or that I be told who all voted, “No”. I would like to have a chance for rebuttal at a meeting if I am denied access.



In another matter, Judge McMaken granted me the right to enter and film in the government lobby in June of 2004. Now, Leiutenant Joe Drews told me I could not stay in August of 2005 and harmed me by blind-siding me and running his sixth-trimester beer gut into me, pushing me violently, as my spine feels like broken china when abused by blind-side attacks. I am considering suing the city for damages, but I will forego that exercise in publicity and redundant agony if I am allowed entry into the city council meetings. I demand that Joe Drews refrain from touching me or coming within six feet of my person and I am asking that Reggie Copeland not send anyone else to harm me.



I suspect that Copeland “may be” hiding something, due to this last personal attack by his Rhesus Monkey in the cotton face, Lt. Joe Drews and the two armed goons who followed me, basically chasing me down the street, and his illegal request to Drews, which was, I quote, “Get him out of here”. I was harmed irrevocably by the events of 2001 until present. Much of my suffering was a result of the Sheriff Tillman and city council members in 2001. Perhaps we can do as Rodney King said before I left Los Angeles in 1992, “Can’t we all just, ‘Get Along’”.



I will abide by all rules of safety and procedure just as every other professional auditor and reporter graduated from the University of South Alabama. However, I do not get on my knees for any politician, bureaucrat or otherwise on this Earth. As I said to Copeland after he denied me entry into the government meetings and after my 4-3-2001 encounter with Tillman “You are not God”. I think all of you should heed the plaque in Fairhope near the pier, “We are a nation of laws, not men”.



The Open Meetings Law is being violated; it will take men to repair it or maybe a woman with grit or chutzpah to lead men. The right to free press should not be violated in my case either with the right to bring my camera, with my acknowledging the right of passage of other visitors and respect to protocols of other reporters. I must sit down though. After all, I am an independent media reporter with a degree from USA in the field and we the media are the last big swinging arm of government, even if we are some-what handicapped.



Due to Copeland’s evasiveness and hostilities toward this auditor, and at one time I suspected Clinton Johnson almost as much, I estimate a 95% probability Copeland is illegally profiting from city and county and state contracts, most likely by utilizing secondary parties with structured payment into his or his family’s or his associate’s accounts, or maybe he is just so anti- common American toward myself because of the joke I made about the horn on his head. He should meet my metallurgist friend from the US Navy in Pittsburgh, now he is a really funny guy. I want Copeland and all other dissenters to stand up in front of Comcast and say, “NO, I do not believe in the Open Meetings Law for all”, if that is the way he or she votes, and then I want their attorney relatives and business associates quarantined and analyzed on all contracts and transactions in real time. That is my wish, just like my last wish after the beating and harassment by Copeland and associates protégé’s with badges and guns, a brown-out of some sections of Mobile on 8-2-2005, approaching high noon.



It hurt terribly being pushed and I am still in pain from being pushed. It is akin to fracturing cracked dinner ware, and if anyone thinks it is funny, come to a Paralyzed Veterans of America, (PVA), meeting and we can discuss it with other men whose injuries are severe in magnum-tude.



Someone tried to kill me after leaving my past employer as a bank examiner at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and I was a “We-bit nervous” in 2001 in my last visit into the city council meeting approximately two weeks after St. Valentine’s day 2001. After all, the past Regional Director of the FDIC in San Francisco was found in his high rise office with a bullet to the head, I had just survived an attempt on my life, and according to my deep throat sources in San Francisco, my luxuriant high-heeled co-workers, and in addition to my observation that some mafia types were getting bank charters; it was obviously murder, not the alleged suicide.



As you can see, I have never harmed anyone; any charges made against me since the attack on my life have been dismissed, including raising my voice at the door of your City Council meeting in 2004 and planning on fleeing from Mobile and moving all of my belongings to Los Angeles where I was going to find employment in 2001. Of course that was after I had alerted the public and government that someone was stealing jailhouse funds, as evidenced by reports I had from an inmate and consultation with him through mail correspondence, and the death of inmate James Carpenter. I fled Mobile to Los Angeles after Jack Tillman stopped me from entering on 4-3-2001 into the Mobile Alabama City Council meeting. 14 deputies were at his side and he took my gun permit but did not search me.



When Jack Tillman intercepted me at the city council gate on 4-3-2001, I knew then it was Jack, I knew it was Jack Tillman who was the “Snatch Till-man” of jailhouse funds, and I knew his jailhouse clan had intercepted a letter I sent an inmate telling him I was involved with trying to stop corruption in Mobile Alabama government and that I was going to give guidance to the lost thief of jail funds, guidance directly to the local federal tennis court penitentiary. No controls on the accounts and incentive to steal were more than Jack could stand. I am on your side as an honest auditor, a native citizen of Mobile, and as much of a visionary as Bugsy Malone of Vegas, except instead of the Dutch-German conglomerate with EADS or simply casinos, I would like to see Mobile have an over goal of being a bio-engineering hub, with start up capital generated from Dutch style taxation of legalized gambling, prostitution, and light drugs, just like the Dutch whose main killing organization, EADS, is not invited to Amsterdam but instead to the third world state of Mobile Alabama controlled by someone other than my people for a long time .



Now are you on our side? I want to invest in Mobile, but neither I nor anyone I know of my sort will, as long as you spit upon us at your government gates and we do not have a voice or an inside auditor with eyes and and education.





I would like to reiterate, in early 2001 the Veterans Administration in Biloxi gave me a pain drug I was allergic to, due to the genetic lineage of one of my blood lines. The drug was methylprednisolone for pain connected to US service connected injuries. I was also taking a number of other drugs from the VA for a while later to which I have now determined I was allergic. If you have American Indian in familial lineage, avoid methylprednisolone and many steroid drugs or you have a 50% chance of severe reaction if you carry any of the genetics for Lupus, one of the Indian diseases. I also urge each of you to consider the unknown nature of many medications, perhaps detrimental to yours or your child’s health.



Please do not try to stop True Democracy. Laws are laws, and if they are broken by anyone, including the Open Meetings Law, they should be held suspect and accountable.

Update

I would use a Peavy sign to cover the pothole on the street. Deal with the NTEU and the Bush regime like SS and Hitler and Genghis Khan

Due to the sinking feeling of betrayed by one more American politician I have lost hope and faith in, I will not be releasing the video.

However, something peculiar about the video in the Lobby of the Mobile Alabama government buidling near the entry to the city council meeting. Peavy was facing away from me with a woman when I was there and first approached him, but in the video he is speaking with Sam Jones, mayoral candidate I believe.

Something is not right and we should move to have the Mobile Alabama government building removed if they do not abide by the Open Meetings Law.

To quote that other Human Being being beaten, "Can't we all just get along". They do not have human hearts, them or their controllers.

Always check your posts. Government auditors are housed in the nodes within the big cable company and internet companies.
