wait a minute thats not what is happening at all in this picture, what looks to be a POW is picking himself up off the ground causing a dust cloud, anyone who has ever handle a SAW and fired it at close range would be able to tell you if even one bullet was hitting the man on the ground, from that range he'd be practically torn in half.
