Julia Koppich to speak on California Education Policy with a response from a representative of the California Teachers Association. Speaker Bio: Julia E. Koppich is a San Francisco- based education consultant. She previously served on the faculty of the Graduate School of Education at UC Berkeley and as Director of Policy Analysis for California Education. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Policy Analysis UC Berkeley.
