Nat'l Day of Action: Extradite Terrorist Posada Carriles to Venezuela!
No Asylum for this mass murderer!
Stop the 45-year U.S. war against Cuba!
Join us for a protest during his Immigration hearing, demand the U.S. government extradite Posada to Venezuela for trial. Venezuela has formally requested extradition of Luis Posada Carriles, to be tried for the bombing of Cubana Airlines flight 455, in which 73 people were killed on October 6, 1976. The Bush administration is refusing to honor the extradition treaty between the U.S. and Venezuela, due to the U.S. government's long-standing support for anti-Cuba terrorists. Posada Carriles was a CIA agent, trained in assassination, explosives and sabotage. Posada's terrorist history extends for decades. It is time for justice for his victims.
The ANSWER Coalition is organizing nationally coordinated actions in many cities on June 13, including a demonstration in El Paso, Texas at the location of Posada's INS hearing.
Initiated by A.N.S.W.E.R. Coalition
Endorsed by: Bolivarian Circle International Cyber Solidarity, Pastors for Peace, SF Bay Area Friendshipment, Casa Cuba Resource Center, Socialist Action and South Bay Committee in Solidarity with Cuba. (partial list)
To endorse and mobilize, contact the National Office: 202-544-3889.
