REVEREND BILLY AND THE STOP SHOPPING GOSPEL CHOIR COME TO THE BAY AREA!

Reverend Billy and The Stop Shopping Gospel Choir return to the Bay Area June 1-6 for a series of actions, parking lot services and two full revival services at San Francisco's Victoria Theatre (http://www.victoriatheatre.org) June 4th & 5th at 8 pm.

Don’t miss the Reverend and the Choir's visit to San Francisco City Hall where they'll perform and encourage the city's leaders to pass the nation's strongest sweatshop-free ordinance and Fair Trade/Organic law. June 6 at 11:30 am.

Reverend Billy and The Church of Stop Shopping are performance activists from New York City. Their work illuminates the impact of transnational global capital and commodification on neighborhoods, governments,
individuals’ rights and the imagination. The revival service includes a 5-piece band and a 35 voice choir.
