The 2004 Mexico and the World Survey is the first ever comprehensive look at Mexican public and leadership opinion on international affairs. The Survey measured general attitudes of Mexicans at home and abroad on Mexico’s relationship with the world, from foreign policy to cultural differences and economics. It looked at public opinion on the longstanding debate between pragmatism and principles-based foreign policy, particularly in reference to the United States.
