In a report from the front lines of the Middle East, award-winning war correspondent ROBERT FISK will speak in Berkeley on Saturday, April 9, at 7pm, at Martin Luther King Middle School, 1781 Rose Street.
Tickets are $20 for open seating, and $50 for a special wine and dessert reception with Fisk that includes the lecture and priority seating. For info, 510-548-0542, http://www.mecaforpeace.org. This is a benefit for the Middle East Children's Alliance; no one turned away for lack of funds. Wheelchair accessible and ASL interpreted.
