Out of Iraq! March 19 March & Rally
Thousands came out in San Francisco in spite of forecasts of rain to protest two years of war and occupation in Iraq.
The march and rally started at Dolores Park and headed through the Mission to Civic Center Plaza.

KRON was just reporting that Dick Cheney is here today and even went by civic Center in his limo before getting to the Asian art museum where only one protester had traced him and stood with a sign. He's staying at the San Francisco Hotel on Sansome street.
Channel 2 had nothing from the breakaway group. KRON only had Neville Gittens describing 8 arrests at a 'sit in' but they showed no coverage, so that is good. Saturday is always a news hole where people aren't home to watch at 11pm, then it doesn't get covered again on Sunday or Monday.
