To mark the second anniversary of the start of the Iraq War the citizens of Bend, Oregon are going to have an old-fashioned, home-grown, war protest and march
Where: We’ll meet at the fountain at Wall Street and Greenwood Avenue, march east on Greenwood Avenue to its intersection with Third Street, stay a bit, then return. Materials will be available at the fountain before and after the march for a letter writing campaign to our representatives.
When: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 19
Why: B.Y.O. Reasons (there are plenty around)
