Cardenas Case to Go On (not dismissed)

Some decent news finally...

The representative from the DA's office just called me
about 10 min's ago and let me know that the motion for
dismissal was DENIED!!! They had me a bit nervous at
first, hopefully this luck continues our way through
the trial.
