§Fast Start

The Fast Start isn't working on this version - I did something wrong. I have a fast connection and it takes over a minute before you can even see the first frame of the movie. There's a bigger version (480 x 320) that does show up immediately at http://fog.ccsf.cc.ca.us/~wcarpent/. It's 54 MB and will be there until the end of the week (Feb. 5th).
