March 19th Anti-war Protest
March 19, 2005, is an International Day of Protest on the second anniversary of the U.S. invasion of Iraq. As on the first anniversary of the invasion, millions of people around the world are marching to say “No to War and Occupation from Iraq to Palestine to Haiti and Everywhere” in dozens of cities around the US and in other countries. The San Francisco March assembled at 11am in Dolores Park and there was a rally at 1 pm at Civic Center.

-Los Angeles : March 19th march starting at Hollywood & Vine.
-Fresno: March 19th anti-war Rally in the Valley.
-Monterey: On March 19th, a march in black is planned in downtown Monterey.
-Palo Alto: On March 19 at 5:00 p.m., there will be a Peace Vigil at St. Mark's Episcopal Church.
-San Benito: March 19th community vigil to mark 2nd anniversary of war in iraq. remembering all who are affected by war.
-San Diego: There will be a rally and march starting at 6th and Laurel.
-Pasadena anti-war planning meeting interrupted by police.
-Eureka: A March and Rally begins at 11am in Halvorsen Park, 2nd and L streets.
-On March 20th there will be a march and rally in San Jose. It will gather at 1:30pm at the Diridion Train Station. More info
