DC Inagural protests
Fresno's R.a.N.C.o.r. Collective joins with DC Anti-War Network on morning of J20 to March on the White House.

On inauguration day, Fresno RaNCor Activists joined with the D.C. Anti-War Network (DAWN) to lead a procession of coffins draped with American and black flags to symbolize the deaths of American Soldiers and casualties as a result of the war in Iraq. Carrying a banner simply stating: BUSH KILLS; the California activists marched through the cold snowy streets of D.C. towards the White House where with 15,000 dissenters, R.a.N.C.o.r. brought the Valley Progressive Community to the doorstep of the ‘Liar and Thief’.

This is the best set of photos I've seen from the inauguration protests. Thanks!
Wow, really great photos! It was really exciting to see what my friends from Fresno were up to during their trip to Washington D.C.
The news in Brazil (where I'm at to attend the World Social Forum) about the demonstration was hard to find. These pictures from you, on Indymedia, made me feel like I was there. Thank you for sharing the photos and thank goodness we have Indymedia as an alternative/independent news source to distribute this information.

PoliceStateLine.jpg is over the top. Keep it away from the kids, could induce nightmares. Thanks for the awesome coverage!
