What can a US citizen do to help?

Did they just show up at the event to use it to rally people for other hateful causes or were they actively involved in organizing these events?

And the victims who *don't* look like us? What about them?

The sort of mad adjectives heaped on the participants, Israel and all Zionists we've just witnessed testifies to what extent the mere existence of these anti-terror rallies drive the anti-Israel fanatics nuts.

I agree to a gradual phasing out of US foreign aid to Israel, provided all aid to the PA and Arab countries is likewise phased out. The difference between us two is her solution is driven by her one-sided anti-Israel agenda. However, all Americans must avoid lending encouragement to Palestinian rejectionists and militants just as they people like Weir would expect every American not to embolden Sharon whenever he seems to demonstrate unwillingness to proceed toward peaceful co-existence.

What Weir refuses to grasp is that it's up to the Palestinian side, not the Israeli, to reach a strategic resolution to seek real peace, and only then would the Israeli govt, be able to sit down to a table of real peace negotiations.

If everyone believed Weir, the incessant Qassam barrages on Israel nothing to do with Israel's military action in the Gaza strip.

BTW, I've read a journalistic report by Lee Kaplan in which he reveals how MK members have occasionally desecrated the Shabbat by participating in a workshop jointly with Palestinians or took part in a demonstration, both on Saturdays. Kaplan recounts that he told the prominent NK demonstrator that he'd go to hell for what he was doing, and the demonstrator was completely mum, apparently because he knew he was violating one of Judaism's more important directives.

RWF seems not so enthused over sales of such weapon systems to Arab states. Perhaps because in most cases they have no conceivable defensive purpose in the existing political circumstances.
