This years we honor:
Mas Masumoto
For his spirit of connection with the people of the Valley as he writes, farms, and engages in civic responsibilities.
Carla Jo Dakin and Ed Perez
For their tireless commitment to social justice and helping the voice of the poor to be heard in legal and community sectors.
Polly and Ralph Victor
For the role they play for economic development for refugee communities, for beauty through art, and for the commitment to the common good.
Assemblywoman Sarah Reyes
For her government service for the people of the Valley, always keeping in touch with the needs and resources of those often left behind.
Hope Lutheran Church
For its ministry not only to its members, but also its leadership in meeting the needs of others and for its interfaith undertanding and cooperation.
Sister Ruth Marie Nickerson
For her years of service in the Community at Saint Agnes Medical Center and for her support of health services at Holy Cross at Poverello House.
