The Committee to Elect Glynn Washington for Mayor of Oakland cordially invites you to our first public event - dedicated to bringing real solutions to Oakland.
Join what is shaping up to be the most exciting campaign event in California history.
On December 4th, we will play the Go Game in Oakland’s beautiful Lake Merritt District.
What’s “The Go Game” you may ask?
Through clues downloaded to a wireless device and hints planted in unlikely places, you\'ll be guided through an Oakland you only think you know. Clues can appear at any time, anywhere.
Perhaps you didn\'t notice the woman on the bus reading a magazine upside-down. Or the note stuck to the side of the bathroom mirror of your favorite bar, or the electric scooter parked outside with your name on it. After a day of Go, you will.
WE WELCOME YOU to invite everyone you know to learn about our solution-oriented campaign in a fun, interactive setting. Find out for yourself: http://www.WashingtonForMayor.com
Then you can sign up for the event at:

Don\'t forget, November 2006, you will be invited to the best inauguration party Of All Time. Then we get to work making Oakland a better place.
The suggested minimum donation is $40.00, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds (or for providing too large a donation).

Come out, show your support for Oakland\'s exciting future, and have a great time to boot!
