Radical Transmission Productions in association with the Bay Area Indepedent Media Center and the Video Activist Network present:
Street Level TV - a socially conscious, independent, non-commercial news program that provides outlets for and information on environmental, social, and economic justice movements, as well as other politically relevant content. We focus on media produced in the Bay Area with content that reaches beyond it. We strive to give voice to those less often heard. Despite the seriousness of our mission, we aim to achieve it while also keeping a sense of humor.
The show airs on San Francisco Cable channel 29 (1st Saturday @ 9 PM every month); and on Berkeley Community Media ch. 28 (2nd and 3rd week of the month, Thur @ 9 AM, Fri @ 11 PM & Sat 4 PM), and at local screenings and events.
Public screenings take place on the first Thursday of every month at the Artists Television Access (ATA, 992 Valencia at 21st Street, San Francisco.) Come see Street Level TV selects on the big screen and learn more about getting involved. The screenings will be a benefit for Street Level TV and will also help support the ATA - http://www.atasite.org .
