These are the same groups who claimed for years that media lies now believes the exit polls conducted by the same media source they claimed as liars. Out of curiosity, why would you trust a source you claimed for years lies and use that as your source that Bush stole the election again?

I believe that people have questioned the pre-polls data that comes out to try to influence elections, not the exit polls, which happen after the election - those are reliable to within 1% and have been used decade after decade. Until Bush, of course.

I'm sure you're not against cleaning up the voting system. A thorough, expedited investigation by the GAO and independent groups is in everyone's interest. At the least, we'll have a more dependable voting system.

A thorough investigation must not be limited to addressing isolated complaints and "glitches," but be run precinct by precinct and include all voting rosters, voting machines, vote tabulators, county logs and memos, and voter complaints. It is critical at this time that we support independent audit groups, e.g. blackboxvoting.org and legitgov.org, and demand our representatives back the investigation requested by Reps. Conyers, Nadler, and Wexler (http://www.house.gov/judiciary_democrats/gaoinvestvote2004ltr11504.pdf).

BTW, I heard on the radio that Diebold made a settlement offer today on its fraud case with California (in which our Sec. of State sued them for misrepresenting machine security).

Global Exchange, Code Pink, and Beyond Voting.

Blackboxvoting.org and Legitgov.org and these other independent audit groups are about as fair and balanced as Fox News. They are more about making sure that Kerry wins than they are about making sure every vote counts.

And we had a dependable voting system, but it was the Democrats who claimed this system disenfranchised voters and that we need these new paperless and touch screen voting machines. Remember those good old punch ballots and despite the spin people want to put on them, they were easy to use, left a paper record, and they worked great for decades.

We are a nation of people with no collective voice. We have been torn apart until it seems that everyone is content with the status quo.

Our leaders are not even us anymore and their media is owned by those who cater to "our" so-called leaders.

The only solution is one that resembles a military action, but one in which the army's weapon is the truth. The enemy's or regimes weapons are many and varied.

We need a militia with directives, a chain of command that is autonomous and unbreakable. Those in control are heartless and cold. It is as if we have been cut with a plastic blade, wrapped in plastic, and told that Schwarzeneggers legs are in fact Barbie Doll resilient.

America has become a Hell and I do not care how I get out, as long as my family closes the door behind them and leaves their plastic lies and television heroes in their coffins.
