EVENT: Concert for Haitian Flood Relief: Live at the Lodge: Veronica Klaus (Best Chanteuse-Bay Guardian) and Mark Weigle (OUTMusic Award winner) in Concert. Thursday, November 18, 2004, at The Lodge at The Regency Center (1290 Sutter St. @ Van Ness). VIP reception with celebrated author Armistead Maupin begins at 6:30PM. Reception hosted by Donna Sachet. Silent auction/raffle host by The Sister's of Perpetual Indulgence. Doors open for general seating 7:30. Performances at 8PM. Tickets: $75 VIP Reception/Concert & Reserved seating. They are recording the concert for a CD to benefit RWF projects. Please come out for this great night of music.

RWF simply put is Queer Humanitarianism in action. RWF raises funds in the LGBT and supportive heterosexual community for a host of global issues, including AIDS in Africa, landmine eradication, safe drinking water, and ending hunger. They do cool things like recently collecting and bringing medical/school supplies to Guatemala. This holiday season they are delivery hundreds of gifts along with aid to children in need overseas http://www.rainbowfund.org .
