Featuring:
THE ROOTS, THIRD EYE BLIND, THE COUP, MICHELLE SHOCKED, and MICKEY HART & FRIENDS. Co-Hosted by eco-activist Julia Butterfly Hill & poet and hip-hop artist Aya de Leon.
Plus:
PUSHING THE BOUNDARIES FOR A NEW WORLD, an extraordinary conversation and interaction with today's leading activists & thinkers. No matter what happens November 2nd, there's still a lot of work to be done. Come be part of the solutions.
Topics include: MUSIC, ARTS & ACTIVISM; INDEPENDENT MEDIA; BEYOND VOTING; CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE AND DIRECT ACTION. For details and to RSVP go to http://www.wetheplanet.org.
These interactions are FREE with a concert ticket and start at 2pm at Laney College, directly across the street from the Kaiser Center.
