This cleanse is gentle, with two weeks of fruits and veggies only with herbs or fasting if you choose. We meet once a week for two hours to support each other in habit changes. We will re-evaluate how we feed ourselves, our exercise programs, mental health techniques such as breathing and meditation, and what our addictions are. We will look closely at our jobs, relationships, and living situations with the intention to balance and find happiness. We will learn a short yoga routine by the end of the course that you can do daily at home with confidence. This program is changing lives in a very good way. Join us in year two of this magnificent program.

TESTIMONIALS:
I loved doing the cleanse, it made me feel really wonderful and happy. I felt supported, encouraged and energized by the group to make healthier choices and take really good care of myself. The class sessions were fun and very supporting of the cleansing theme. Although it's not the focus of the class, I was able to use this opportunity to quit smoking, which I have been trying to quit for more than 5 years! This was relatively painless to do in the midst of turning my life upside down as I totally changed my way of eating. I feel like I am bringing many of the good habits I learned in the cleanse into my daily life afterwards, and I am really jazzed about that! -computer programmer

I want to highlight how pleasurable and wonderful the experience of taking responsibility for my physical body and its mind-body-soul wellbeing. From this class, I realized how truly finding pleasure in one's life has the essential element of fully becoming responsible for one's own happiness and wellbeing. This conversation sparked me to think, "Wouldn't it be great if I could take responsibility for my own physical body and its wellbeing? And eight weeks later, after the last evening of our class, I've realized that I do have the "muscle" and the "fire" to take care of my physical self and the shift that I do not need "more" to be happy, and that I don't need what my mind deems as "excess" or "splurging" to feel "satisfied and fulfilled." -social worker
