"SWEET JUSTICE", a Legal Defense Fund Benefit for the SHAC7's Landmark Case Friday, September 10th, 8pm 1884 Market Street @ Laguna, $10-15 Freedom of speech is under attack! On May 26, three Bay Area activists were indicted by a federal grand jury under the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act for speaking out for animals in labs. As activists gain more power in their fight for social change, the government is desperately trying to blur the line between freedom of speech and terrorism. This is an important case for all who wish to preserve our civil liberties. If the government can get away with charging animal advocates with terrorism, WHO IS NEXT?
