Every Wednesday since October 2001, "Listening fo a Change" has nurtured space for public dialogue on vital issues. We ask the public three questions:

What do you think/feel about the events of September 11th and the US government's response?

How could we defuse terrorism?

How could we create a safer, better world for our children, all children?

We have banners, tables, chairs, food, literature, free handouts and resource materials.

"Listening for a Change" has also been the launching pad for rallies and marches and this Wednesday there will be a rally (between 11 and 1) and a march to Congresswoma Anna Eshoo's office (beginning at 1PM) to protest legislation, H.R. 4104- The Intelligence Transformation Act, which she co-sponsored and Congress is rushing to pass, which rivals the PATRIOT Act, Homeland Security in its assault upon the Constituition, the Bill of Rights, the basic freedoms of Americans and subsequently people throughout the world.

The theme of the March/Rally is-

No to The Police State!
No to War! No to Lies!

No State Sponsored Terrorism!

Stop the 9-11 Cover-Up!

Yes to Truth, Peace, Justice,

Repeal the PATRIOT Act!

Compassionate Impeachment!
