7/19: Open Grand Jury on Death of Rudy Cardenas

This means that we need to mobilize people to attend the grand jury
proceedings beginning on Monday July 19 at 161 North First St., Court
room 22, San Jose, CA 95113 beginning at 9am on 7-19.

The Cardenas case will be AN OPEN GRAND JURY.
This means that we need to mobilize people to attend the grand jury
proceedings beginning on Monday July 19 at 161 North First St., Court
room 22, San Jose, CA 95113 beginning at 9am on 7-19. If you want
to attend you should probably try to show up around 8:00 am! This
court house is the "old" court house with the many steps on North
First Street. The light rail runs right in front of the court house.

§OPEN GRAND JURY

Today the open grand jury in the murder of my uncle Rudy Cardenas reached a decision....They decided....INDICTMENT!!!!!! The murderer Michael Walker is going to be arrested today and let out on bail on O.R. Next thing is the trial. I would like to thank everyone who showed support for our family in helping us deal with this ordeal. Thank GOD for justice.
