At Bay Area Hummer dealerships & the State Capitol

*Say no to this gas-guzzling behemoth that gets only 9 mpg, that
pollutes the air at 2-3 times the rate of an average car, and helps
fuel our oil dependence that leads us into war.

*Demand that car dealerships and manufacturers offer us more
fuel efficient cars and vehicles that run on clean energy.

hybrids

*Come on out before and after work or on your lunch hour! Join in
circling the dealership from 10:00 - 1:00 p.m. in slow moving Prius
cars and on your bicycle. Help distribute educational material on
the need for greater fuel efficiency and alternative forms of
transportation.

Join the Peninsula Raging Grannies in songs and protests
against the hazards of the Hummer.

Sacramento, CA - Tell Arnold to Give up His 6 Hummers!
Time: 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
State Capitol, West Steps

Join in a press conference and lively protest to send a message to
Governor Swharzenegger to give up his personal fleet of
Hummers and model true leadership to protect the environment of
California. Bring signs, inhalers or masks as props. Come on your
bike or in your hybrid car! And wear pink!
