§Buffering Problems

I guess you haven't read the discussion lately on imc-radio [at] lists.indymedia.org When people like yourselfs that post at high rates,it causes MAJOR Buffering with most people that are stuck with dial-up.There is still good quality if IMC Radio Jornalists post at 11025/mono/8bt/16kbps
