San Francisco Homeless Summit 2002

This first-ever city sponsored homeless summit is a free, all-day event to bring together "homeless people, service providers, advocates, tourism and commercial interests, city department heads, elected officials and concerned neighborhood groups." per the press release issued by Rick Galbreath (415-554-7970) of Supervisor Chris Daly's office. (I presume the interested general public is also invited.) So come down and put your ideas and experience into the mix and don't let anyone shove more insanity down the throats of people who have been victimized more than enough.
