The war in Afghanistan and the growing threat of an expanded war in Iraq have split the world trade union movement. While COSATU, the KCTU and other unions have opposed the bombing and the war, the AFL-CIO and other unions around the world have supported the war. This forum will be the first public debate held with trade unionists from around the world about labor's position on the war and what the labor movement should be doing about this war.
